Incomplete order or missing product:
We will take all the necessary measures to insure that the products you ordered are available at the time of your order. However, should you receive an incomplete order due to a specific merchandise is out of stock, a handling error occurs while preparing your order, regardless of the reason or cause, Casket Direct will refund you the purchase cost of your selected product(s) with the portion of shipping cost that applies to the product (including taxes).
Defective or damaged products
A defective or damaged product is a product that is received by the courier (before signing the delivery paper) not in the same condition before delivery took place . For example, the packaging or the product itself has been crushed or somehow altered. Casket Direct will provide full refund of the merchandise upon receipt.
